Maintenance Leader responsible for managing maintenance activities, leading maintenance technicians, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting equipment reliability in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives
  • Experience troubleshooting motors and motor controls
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting pneumatic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment
  • Experience using CMMS maintenance management software
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Experience supporting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Experience coordinating maintenance schedules with production teams
  • Experience supporting planned shutdowns, emergency repairs, and production-critical maintenance activities
  • Ability to work in an industrial foundry environment with exposure to heat, dust, fumes, noise, and industrial chemicals
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, gloves, and protective equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders, equipment, and rooftops as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, reach, walk, and stand frequently

Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance activities within an industrial manufacturing facility
  • Lead, supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians
  • Assign and prioritize daily maintenance activities
  • Support technician development and maintenance skills training
  • Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to reduce downtime
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems
  • Ensure work orders are completed through the CMMS system
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation
  • Support planned shutdowns, emergency repairs, and production-critical maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair motors and motor controls
  • Troubleshoot and repair Variable Frequency Drives
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, machine guarding requirements, confined space procedures, environmental standards, and safety standards
  • Manage contractors and vendors performing maintenance work
  • Maintain critical spare parts inventory
  • Track maintenance supply usage
  • Assist with maintenance budgeting and expense planning


Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
