Safety Supervisor responsible for leading plant EHSQ programs, OSHA compliance, incident investigation, safety training, audits, and corrective action across manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with safety, quality, or production responsibilities
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements
  • Knowledge of HACCP requirements
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing
  • Experience with internal and external audits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with statistical or data analysis software
  • Experience with incident investigation
  • Experience with root cause analysis
  • Experience managing regulatory compliance
  • Experience developing safety training or safety presentations
  • Experience with safety documentation, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis
  • Ability to work split shifts supporting day and night operations
  • Ability to work 8–12+ hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment with moving machinery, high noise levels, heat, odors, and airborne particles
  • Ability to wear required PPE at all times

Responsibilities

  • Lead plant-wide safety initiatives and programs
  • Manage Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality programs
  • Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, near misses, and safety gaps
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections of production lines, warehouses, and equipment
  • Develop and deliver monthly safety training and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, FDA, and safety standards
  • Manage safety documentation, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis
  • Coordinate return-to-work programs for injured employees
  • Oversee PPE, first aid, AEDs, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and related safety equipment
  • Participate as a first responder or CPR responder
  • Train employees on applicable safety response procedures
  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, compliance, and leadership teams on safety programs
  • Support Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and equipment safety programs
  • Supervise safety and quality team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage attendance for assigned team members


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
