Manufacturing Operator responsible for product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material processing in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to follow operating procedures and work instructions

  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions

  • Ability to comprehend verbal instructions

  • Computer familiarity

  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues

  • Ability to visually inspect products during production

  • Ability to perform initial product conformity testing

  • Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures

  • Ability to follow 5S procedures

  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to sit or stand as required for assigned work

  • Ability to work assigned shifts

  • Ability to work required overtime

  • Consistent and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

  • Perform product assembly tasks according to production schedule requirements

  • Inspect products during production stages

  • Test products for initial conformity

  • Operate equipment and tools used in production

  • Process materials and components for production

  • Follow operating procedures and work instructions

  • Meet assigned production work requirements

  • Troubleshoot production problems

  • Produce products in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures

  • Identify defective parts, component orientation errors, missing components, and wrong part insertion

  • Maintain organized and clean work areas using 5S procedures

  • Support cleanliness of plant areas, workstations, equipment, walkways, and break rooms

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

  • Implement continuous improvement project actions

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: 20-24/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
