Assembly Operator

Looking for Assembly Operator 1st shift

Pay: $18-20/hr, depending on experience
Hours: 6:30AM-4PM MON-THURS; 6:30AM-10:30AM FRI
 

Assembly Operator responsible for hand-assembling small metal components, inspecting completed parts, and packaging finished assemblies in a production environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience

• Hand-eye coordination

• Fine motor dexterity

• Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks for a full shift

• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions

• Ability to sit or stand for a full shift

• Ability to perform frequent, repetitive hand and finger movements

• Ability to lift up to 15-25 lbs. occasionally

• Near-vision ability for small-parts inspection

Preferred Skills

• Experience hand-assembling small metal parts or components

• Experience visually inspecting assembled parts

• Experience packaging and labeling completed assemblies

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Hand-assemble small metal parts and components according to work instructions

• Maintain consistent production speed across repetitive assembly tasks

• Maintain accuracy during high-volume assembly work

• Visually inspect assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies

• Package completed assemblies according to specifications

• Label completed assemblies according to specifications

• Report quality issues to supervisor

• Report material shortages to supervisor

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
