Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of financial analysis, sales analysis, FP&A, or related experience
Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
Advanced Excel proficiency
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience managing and maintaining large data sets
Knowledge of financial reporting concepts and GAAP accounting principles
Experience preparing internal reports, presentations, and financial analyses
Experience analyzing budgets, forecasts, revenue assumptions, and variances
Experience supporting sales performance reporting or revenue analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience with an international organization
ERP system experience
Experience with sales analytics and sales performance reporting
Experience supporting GPO contract reporting
Experience developing and automating sales KPIs
Experience with product line profitability reporting
Experience with revenue forecasting by product line, country, or region
Experience supporting system upgrades, IT initiatives, or new reporting initiatives
Experience improving sales reporting processes, tools, and methodologies
Job Responsibilities
Support development, standardization, verification, and maintenance of financial and sales data
Provide sales analytics, financial analysis, and modeling to support business decision-making
Prepare internal reports, presentations, and analyses to monitor sales performance
Support periodic, annual, and multi-year sales forecasting and budgeting activities
Analyze forecast assumptions, revenue drivers, and P&L impacts
Prepare reporting and variance analysis for budgets, forecasts, and actual results
Calculate, analyze, and investigate variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts
Identify key sales trends, risks, opportunities, and revenue drivers
Develop, automate, and report sales KPIs to support global sales performance tracking
Validate global sales results during month-end close and reporting processes
Support reporting related to GPO contracts
Monitor and report on sales programs, evaluation product placements, pricing agreements, and sales opportunities
Support quarterly budget processes through preparation and maintenance of sales performance budgeting tools
Recommend and implement process improvements for sales reporting
Support consistency in sales reporting methods across regions and business groups
Assist with special projects, system upgrades, IT initiatives, and new reporting initiatives
Provide analysis of sales performance, gross profit performance, product costs, and product profitability
Prepare product line profitability reporting and revenue forecasts by product line, country, or region
Complete ad hoc financial analysis and FP&A projects as assigned
Pay: 29-39/hr

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
