CNC Lathe Setup Machinist

CNC Machinist responsible for machine setup, program editing, code troubleshooting, and supporting production operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience performing CNC machine setup operations

• Experience editing CNC programs

• Experience troubleshooting machine code

• Ability to make program adjustments to support production requirements

• Ability to identify and correct code or program issues during setup or operation

Preferred Skills

• CNC machining experience

• G-code and M-code experience

• Experience working from work instructions, prints, or setup sheets

• Experience supporting production troubleshooting

• Experience verifying machine setup before production runs

Job Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine setup operations

• Edit machine programs as needed

• Troubleshoot code issues during setup and production

• Make program edits to support part quality and production requirements

• Verify setup conditions before running production

• Support machine operation through code adjustments and troubleshooting

Pay: 30-35/hr

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
