Purchasing Assistant
Purchasing Coordinator responsible for purchase order processing, supplier reporting, ERP updates, and procurement support for assigned commodities and non-inventory items.
Job Requirements

Associate degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

1+ year of experience in Purchasing, Supply Management, Data Entry, or a related function

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Experience using VLOOKUP functions
-
Working knowledge of ERP systems
-
Experience processing purchase orders
-
Experience entering and maintaining purchasing or supplier data
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with Epicor E10 ERP

Knowledge of order fulfillment processes

Knowledge of purchasing, planning, and production processes
-
Experience analyzing purchasing or supplier data
-
Experience supporting supplier reschedules, forecasts, and EDI reporting
Job Responsibilities
-
Distribute supplier reports including EDI, reschedules, forecasts, and related purchasing information

Receive and process purchase order requests
-
Enter supplier reschedule responses into the ERP system
-
Maintain purchasing and supplier data
-
Support purchasing activities for less complex commodities
-
Purchase non-inventory items
-
Support order fulfillment activities involving purchasing, planning, and production

Review supplier and purchasing data to support procurement decisions
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
