Assembly Manufacturing Engineer
Assembly Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process improvement, manufacturing project execution, layout development, and production support within assembly operations.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent related work experience.

1+ years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventive maintenance, or facilities.

Experience using engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems.
-
Experience leading and implementing projects in a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting assembly or production operations.
-
Experience establishing or maintaining manufacturing layouts, labor standards, methods, and assembly sequences.
Preferred Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience with capital project execution.

Experience with manufacturing process development and implementation.
-
Experience with ergonomic, safety, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.

Experience with production layout design and workflow optimization.
Job Responsibilities
-
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Develop and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements for assembly operations.

Lead small to moderate scope capital projects.

Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, work methods, and sequence of operations.

Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for current assembly operations.

Support process improvements, project execution, and manufacturing layout changes.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and production solutions.
Pay Details: $38.00 to $41.00 per hour
