Parts Distribution Coordinator

Warehouse Data Analyst responsible for measuring inventory parts, reviewing warehouse data, and entering packaging specifications into internal systems.

Job Requirements

• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.

• General computer and data-entry proficiency.

• Experience reviewing and interpreting data sets.

• Ability to perform dimensional measurements according to provided instructions.

• Ability to operate a Cushman or similar small battery-powered warehouse vehicle.

• Ability to work in a high-traffic warehouse environment.

• Experience navigating warehouse locations and locating assigned inventory.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Recent graduates with relevant education may be considered.

• Experience with warehouse inventory or material handling systems.

• Experience entering product, packaging, or dimensional data into internal applications.

• Experience working with packaging specifications or warehouse documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Locate assigned parts within designated warehouse areas.

• Measure parts according to established measurement instructions and procedures.

• Record dimensional and packaging-related information.

• Enter measurement data into packaging specification applications.

• Review assigned part lists and warehouse locations provided by warehouse personnel.

• Verify collected data for completeness and accuracy before entry.

• Review data sets associated with inventory and packaging specifications.

• Operate a Cushman or similar battery-powered vehicle to travel between warehouse locations.

• Maintain records of completed part measurements and data-entry activities.

• Follow established warehouse traffic, equipment, and safety procedures.

Pay: 18-20/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
