Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting administrative or operational functions in a production, manufacturing, distribution, or related environment.

  • Experience monitoring order queues, workflow progression, backlog, and delivery performance.

  • Experience tracking action items and operational follow-up activities.

  • Experience maintaining departmental KPIs and operational metrics.

  • Experience supporting audits, assessments, corrective actions, or regulatory compliance activities.

  • Experience maintaining standard work instructions, procedures, or department documentation.

  • Experience coordinating employee training schedules.

  • Experience with department scheduling, resource coordination, or workforce planning support.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience tracking on-time delivery, aged orders, backlog, productivity, quality, safety, and service-level metrics.

  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience with corrective action tracking.

  • Experience coordinating equipment repairs, service requests, and operational supplies.

  • Experience supporting production or operations supervisors.

  • Experience with process documentation and procedure updates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor order queues and workflow progression to support on-time completion of customer orders.

  • Coordinate daily department activities and operational priorities.

  • Track action items and completion status.

  • Identify and escalate at-risk orders.

  • Support recovery plans for delayed or at-risk orders.

  • Track and report on on-time delivery, backlog, aged orders, and service-level performance.

  • Coordinate activities between production personnel and support departments.

  • Communicate process updates, policy changes, and operational information.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and operational activities.

  • Track department KPIs, productivity, quality, safety, and delivery measures.

  • Prepare operational reports and trend data for department leadership.

  • Coordinate employee training schedules.

  • Support compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist with audits, assessments, and corrective action tracking.

  • Identify process gaps and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain standard work instructions and department procedures.

  • Monitor office and operational supply requirements.

  • Coordinate equipment requests, repairs, and service needs.

  • Support workforce planning and department scheduling activities.

Pay: 20-25/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
