Supply Management Planner

Supply Management Planner responsible for managing purchased-part delivery, supplier coordination, and supply-status tracking across one or more locations.

Job Requirements

• Experience with computer-based data entry and supply tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to track purchased-part delivery and supply status.
• Ability to support supply activities across multiple locations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduates considered.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with supplier management or supply chain operations.
• Experience tracking material availability, delivery status, and supplier performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers.
• Track part availability across multiple locations.
• Monitor supply status and delivery performance.
• Coordinate resolution of delivery and quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain supply and delivery records using computer systems.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to track and report supply status.
• Support supplier follow-up activities related to late, missing, or nonconforming parts.
• Update internal systems with material and delivery information.
• Support reporting related to purchased parts, supplier status, and material availability.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
