Indirect Materials and Services Planner

Supports procure-to-pay activities by converting requisitions into purchase orders, resolving purchasing exceptions, and managing indirect materials and services transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Experience supporting purchasing, procurement, supply management, or logistics activities.

• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes, including requisition-to-purchase-order activities.

• Experience working with purchasing documents, invoices, and purchase orders.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of Supply Management or Logistics experience.

• 1+ years of SAP Materials Management experience.

• 1+ years of customer service or supplier support experience.

• Experience with procure-to-pay processes.

• Experience using supplier network or procurement portal applications.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Experience supporting indirect materials and services procurement.

Job Responsibilities

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders.

• Review and process purchasing transactions within applicable procurement systems.

• Resolve blocked invoices and purchasing discrepancies.

• Address delinquent purchase orders.

• Resolve purchase order transmission issues.

• Correct shopping cart and requisition errors.

• Provide system and process support to suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Provide training related to procurement processes and purchasing systems.

• Execute annual framework purchasing processes.

• Maintain purchasing and procurement transaction data.

• Support procure-to-pay activities from requisition through purchase order creation.

• Use SAP Materials Management or related procurement systems to process and manage purchasing activities.

Pay: 20-24

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
