Production Supervisor responsible for leading production operations, managing workforce performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and achieving production schedule requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Experience supervising production or manufacturing employees
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Experience monitoring safety, quality, and delivery performance
  • Experience supporting production schedules and production targets
  • Experience providing workforce training and development
  • Experience with performance management and corrective action processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work daily and weekend overtime based on production requirements

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
  • Experience with continuous improvement programs
  • Experience identifying production process improvements
  • Experience developing or coordinating employee training
  • Experience tracking production performance metrics

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise production employees and daily manufacturing activities
  • Ensure production personnel understand assigned job duties and production requirements
  • Monitor safety, quality, and delivery performance
  • Coordinate with management to develop and execute production schedules
  • Monitor production output against established targets
  • Identify workforce skill gaps and coordinate required training
  • Provide performance feedback and administer accountability measures
  • Support continuous improvement activities and process enhancements
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Track production performance and operational results
  • Support staffing and overtime requirements based on production demand


Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
