Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for coordinating hourly maintenance activities, scheduling work, and supporting mechanical, electrical, and tooling operations within a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent applicable experience
- Experience supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Experience planning, scheduling, and estimating maintenance work
- Technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Technical knowledge of tool and die operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to spend approximately 50% of the workday on the manufacturing floor
Preferred Skills
- Experience supervising maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating non-routine and self-directed maintenance activities
- Experience supporting preventive or corrective maintenance programs
- Experience scheduling labor and maintenance resources
- Experience supporting manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production systems
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise hourly maintenance employees
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities
- Assign non-routine and self-directed maintenance tasks
- Plan and estimate maintenance work
- Support mechanical, electrical, and tool and die maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance work for compliance with safety requirements
- Support manufacturing quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives
- Coordinate maintenance resources based on production requirements
- Provide shop-floor support for equipment and maintenance issues
- Track maintenance activities and related information using Microsoft Office applications
- Spend approximately 50% of the workday supporting operations on the manufacturing floor
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
