Inventory Analyst responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, analyzing cycle count discrepancies, and resolving production inventory issues through data analysis and root cause investigation.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience analyzing spreadsheets, functions, and inventory-related data
  • Experience performing root cause analysis
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Experience identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including potential off-shift and weekend hours

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Spreadsheet analysis
    • Functions and formulas
    • Charting
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting
  • Experience supporting inventory accuracy initiatives in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience working with production inventory systems and records

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis on inventory cycle count discrepancies and production inventory issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data from multiple sources.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle count documentation.
  • Document investigation findings and issue resolution activities.
  • Support the integrity of the inventory cycle count process.
  • Coordinate data collection across functional groups to resolve inventory issues.
  • Monitor production inventory accuracy and investigate variances.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and inventory control processes.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
