Manufacturing Engineer responsible for providing hands-on assembly support, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process and tooling improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations
  • Experience troubleshooting production, quality, tooling, or material issues
  • Experience creating or maintaining manufacturing work orders
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a production or shop floor environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with MP Planner or similar manufacturing planning systems
  • Experience designing basic fixtures or tooling
  • Experience supporting assembly line process improvements
  • Experience with manufacturing productivity, quality, and process optimization

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on shop floor support for assembly operations.
  • Troubleshoot production, quality, tooling, and material issues affecting assembly line performance.
  • Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements.
  • Create and update manufacturing work orders.
  • Design or modify basic fixtures and tooling to support production.
  • Use SAP, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing planning systems to support daily operations.
  • Analyze production issues and implement corrective process changes.
  • Support initiatives focused on manufacturing safety, quality, productivity, and downtime reduction.
  • Assist with maintaining production flow and resolving assembly-related constraints.


Pay Details: $35.00 to $39.00 per hour
