Smart Connected Warehouse / Data Analyst

Support warehouse management system modernization through production support, system implementation, training, troubleshooting, and operational technology deployment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Management, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 1+ years of experience in operations, engineering, or a related support function.

• Experience supporting operational processes or technical systems.

• Ability to travel to facilities in Canada, Indiana, and Illinois.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related operational environment.

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering support or operations role.

• Experience with SAP.

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience with Python.

• Experience working with operational or warehouse data.

• Experience training personnel on processes, systems, or technical tools.

• Experience supporting warehouse management systems or other IT systems used in operations.

• Experience supporting system implementations or modernization projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation and expansion of Smart Connected Warehouse initiatives.

• Provide production support for facilities using modern warehouse management solutions.

• Deploy new system capabilities as they are developed.

• Support warehouse management system modernization implementations.

• Prepare warehouse facilities for new system deployments.

• Train warehouse operators, office staff, and floor personnel on new systems and processes.

• Develop training documentation for warehouse systems and operational procedures.

• Troubleshoot system and implementation issues.

• Support end users during warehouse management system deployments.

• Assist with operational transition activities during system implementations.

• Analyze system and operational issues affecting warehouse processes.

• Support adoption and use of technical tools and warehouse management applications.

Pay: 25-29/hr

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
