Supply Management Planner
Manages purchased-part delivery, supplier coordination, and supply status tracking across one or more locations.
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting supply management, procurement, material planning, or supplier delivery activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Computer and data-entry proficiency.
- Experience tracking purchased-part delivery status.
- Experience working with internal and external suppliers.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with applicable education may be considered.
- SAP experience.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing or distribution locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers.
- Monitor part availability and delivery status across one or more locations.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and order status.
- Work with internal teams to support material availability and resolve delivery issues.
- Track and maintain supply information using applicable computer systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for supply tracking, reporting, and daily planning activities.
- Update material and supplier delivery information as required.
- Support supply management activities related to production and operational requirements.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
