Training & Development Specialist
Summary: Leads the design, delivery, administration, and evaluation of learning programs supporting Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, and broader modern-work technologies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3–6 years of relevant learning, training, enablement, or talent development experience.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning, and computer-based training.
Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment design.
Experience collecting and analyzing training participation, adoption, and effectiveness data.
Experience managing multiple concurrent learning or enablement programs.
Experience managing external training vendors and program stakeholders.
Experience creating written, visual, video, web, and presentation-based learning content.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
Experience coordinating the work of others.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Copilot.
Familiarity with AI, agent-based tools, or AI enablement programs.
Experience developing learning programs for Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, or related modern-work technologies.
Experience configuring or administering learning platforms and enterprise training systems.
Experience evaluating third-party learning platforms and training vendors.
Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Learn, Pluralsight, or similar learning solutions.
Experience designing competency assessments and measuring learner progression.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end learning paths and training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, SharePoint, Citizen AI, and related modern-work technologies.
Develop curricula, assessments, training materials, and multi-channel learning content for internal and external learning platforms.
Coordinate and deliver training programs across regions and external vendor cohorts.
Measure training effectiveness through completion, adoption, competency, and post-training workplace impact data.
Analyze business requirements, technology adoption data, and competency information to identify learning and capability gaps.
Define learning objectives, target competency levels, and program outcomes based on identified gaps.
Configure and maintain learning systems, learning paths, and supporting training processes.
Establish and maintain operating procedures for training program rollout and administration.
Create and publish training collateral, enablement materials, presentations, videos, and web-based learning content.
Manage day-to-day relationships with external training vendors and coordinate cohort scheduling.
Evaluate learning platforms and training vendors and provide recommendations based on functionality, program requirements, and learner needs.
Analyze participation and program effectiveness data by region, program, and learner group.
Develop reports and recommendations based on training adoption and effectiveness trends.
Design and administer assessments to measure learner competency and progression.
Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related modern-work technologies.
Pay: 35-40/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
