Job Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar operational environment.
  • Experience with quality processes, inspection activities, and quality fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work primarily on first shift with availability for off-shift coverage as required.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to spend approximately 70% of work time supporting shop-floor operations and 30% performing office-based responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supervising Quality Inspectors.
  • Experience with tool calibration processes.
  • Experience supporting CMM laboratory operations.
  • Experience managing nonconforming material processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors.
  • Oversee quality management support functions, including tool calibration, CMM laboratory activities, and nonconforming material processes.
  • Support daily quality activities on the manufacturing floor.
  • Monitor inspection activities and adherence to established quality procedures.
  • Coordinate disposition and processing of nonconforming materials.
  • Support calibration tracking and control of measurement equipment.
  • Oversee CMM laboratory workload and related inspection activities.
  • Maintain quality records, reports, and operational data using applicable computer systems.
  • Provide quality support across multiple shifts as operational needs require.
  • Support overtime and weekend quality coverage when required.


Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
