Supply Management Planner
Supports purchased-parts delivery, supplier coordination, inventory flow, and operational supply requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and data management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or operations.
- Ability to participate in changing daily operational priorities and deadline-driven workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Operations, or a related field.
- SAP experience or exposure.
- Experience managing purchased-parts delivery.
- Experience coordinating material requirements with suppliers and internal operations teams.
- Recent graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree may be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage purchased-parts delivery to support manufacturing and operational requirements.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and material requirements with external suppliers.
- Coordinate purchased-parts activities with internal operations and supply chain teams.
- Track supplier deliveries and identify potential material shortages or delays.
- Maintain and analyze supply chain, inventory, and delivery data using Excel.
- Support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management activities.
- Update material and supplier information within applicable business systems.
- Use SAP to support supply chain and material management activities as applicable.
- Adjust purchasing and delivery priorities based on changing operational requirements.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
