IT Infrastructure Support

Provides infrastructure monitoring, event and incident management, change support, and technical analysis across information technology environments.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting information technology infrastructure.

• Experience monitoring, managing, reporting, and triaging infrastructure changes within established processes.

• Experience supporting infrastructure and application domain functions.

• Practical experience with event management, change management, and incident management.

• Experience analyzing infrastructure information to identify and resolve technical problems.

• Experience identifying, analyzing, selecting, and applying information technology infrastructure components.

• Experience supporting infrastructure technologies within diverse IT environments.

• Availability to participate in on-call and 24x7 support rotations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting infrastructure technology across multiple business functions.

• Experience implementing routine infrastructure changes and process improvements.

• Experience supporting strategic business plans and processes through infrastructure technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor information technology infrastructure and identify operational issues or events.

• Manage, report, and triage infrastructure changes according to established processes.

• Support event, change, and incident management activities.

• Analyze infrastructure information to resolve low-complexity technical problems.

• Implement routine changes and improvements to existing infrastructure processes.

• Provide basic infrastructure support for defined portions of individual infrastructure technologies.

• Support infrastructure and application domain functions.

• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of appropriate infrastructure components.

• Deliver infrastructure technology supporting multi-functional business operations.

• Participate in on-call and 24x7 support rotations as needed.

Pay: 25-30/hr

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
