Job Requirements

  • Experience providing break/fix support for desktop hardware and software
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers and end-user applications
  • Experience supporting printers and related peripheral hardware
  • Experience providing onsite technical support
  • Experience with computer deployments and endpoint setup
  • Experience supporting conference room technology
  • Experience with IT asset lifecycle management
  • Experience providing smart hands support for server and network teams
  • Experience organizing and tracking IT projects in Jira
  • Experience supporting scrum-based project activities
  • Knowledge of basic computing and networking environments
  • Ability to follow established IT support and operational procedures

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting IT operations within a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Experience leading scrum ceremonies
  • Experience coordinating technical projects with Jira
  • Experience supporting server and network infrastructure teams
  • Experience managing desktop hardware refresh and replacement programs
  • Experience with IT asset inventory and lifecycle processes

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop hardware and software support
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware and application issues
  • Perform break/fix support for computers and peripherals
  • Install, configure, deploy, and replace desktop systems
  • Troubleshoot and manage printer hardware
  • Support conference room technology and equipment
  • Provide smart hands support for server and network teams
  • Maintain and track IT assets throughout the equipment lifecycle
  • Support computer deployment and refresh activities
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the computing environment
  • Document incidents, tasks, and project activities
  • Organize and track IT projects using Jira
  • Lead and support scrum activities for assigned projects
  • Coordinate technical work and project status with factory leadership
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues according to established support procedures


Pay Details: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
