Supply Management Specialist
Manage purchased parts delivery, supplier coordination, and inventory availability to support manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience supporting supply management, purchasing, or materials operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience maintaining parts delivery and inventory records
- Ability to track supplier deliveries and material availability
- Experience working with computer-based business systems and data entry
Preferred Skills
- SAP experience
- Experience with inventory or purchased parts in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working directly with suppliers
- Experience resolving material shortages or delivery issues
- Experience supporting production material flow
- Recent graduate with relevant supply management internship or SAP experience
Job Responsibilities
- Manage purchased parts delivery from internal and external suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability
- Ensure parts are delivered on time to support manufacturing schedules
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status, shortages, and schedule changes
- Resolve supplier delivery issues and support continuous material flow
- Track purchased parts and inventory status
- Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and supplier records
- Update applicable ERP or supply management systems
- Support manufacturing teams with parts availability and delivery concerns
- Coordinate material requirements across one or more locations
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
