Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting supply management, purchasing, or materials operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience maintaining parts delivery and inventory records
  • Ability to track supplier deliveries and material availability
  • Experience working with computer-based business systems and data entry

Preferred Skills

  • SAP experience
  • Experience with inventory or purchased parts in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working directly with suppliers
  • Experience resolving material shortages or delivery issues
  • Experience supporting production material flow
  • Recent graduate with relevant supply management internship or SAP experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage purchased parts delivery from internal and external suppliers
  • Monitor inventory levels and material availability
  • Ensure parts are delivered on time to support manufacturing schedules
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status, shortages, and schedule changes
  • Resolve supplier delivery issues and support continuous material flow
  • Track purchased parts and inventory status
  • Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and supplier records
  • Update applicable ERP or supply management systems
  • Support manufacturing teams with parts availability and delivery concerns
  • Coordinate material requirements across one or more locations


Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
