Packaging Coordinator

Measures warehouse parts and records dimensional and packaging data in a product specification system.

Job Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills

• Basic computer and data-entry knowledge

• Ability to review and interpret data sets

• Ability to follow documented measurement instructions

• Ability to measure parts and record accurate dimensional data

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for approximately 50% of the workday

• Ability to operate a Cushman or similar battery-powered warehouse vehicle

• Ability to work in a high-traffic warehouse environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, packaging, or supply chain operations

• Experience using packaging specification or product data systems

• Experience using tape measures, calipers, scales, or related measuring tools

• Experience maintaining product, inventory, or packaging records

• Experience validating data for accuracy and completeness

• Familiarity with warehouse location and part-tracking systems

Job Responsibilities

• Review assigned part lists and warehouse storage locations

• Locate designated parts throughout the warehouse

• Measure parts according to provided procedures

• Record dimensions, weights, and related packaging information

• Enter collected data into the packaging specification application

• Review entered data for accuracy and completeness

• Identify missing, inconsistent, or questionable product information

• Evaluate data and select appropriate actions according to established guidelines

• Coordinate with warehouse analysts regarding part locations and measurement requirements

• Operate a Cushman or similar warehouse vehicle between storage areas

• Lift, handle, and reposition parts weighing up to 50 pounds

• Track completed measurements and outstanding assignments

• Follow warehouse traffic, equipment, and safety procedures

Pay: 20-24/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
