Product Safety and Standards Engineer
Supports product safety, regulatory compliance, testing documentation, and market-entry requirements for commercial mowing, golf, and mobile off-road equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Equivalent technical work experience may be considered
- Experience reviewing and interpreting regulatory requirements, technical standards, and compliance specifications
- Experience preparing engineering, safety, or regulatory compliance documentation
- Experience gathering and organizing technical data from testing and engineering teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of engineering concepts related to mobile off-road machinery
- Familiarity with EN, IEC, ISO, SAE, and UL standards
- Experience supporting commercial mowing, golf, agricultural, or off-road equipment
- Experience researching international market-entry and product certification requirements
- Familiarity with product testing and laboratory documentation processes
Job Responsibilities
- Gather test data and technical information from laboratories and product engineering teams
- Prepare safety and compliance documentation for commercial mowing, golf, and related products
- Create and maintain test activity templates and compliance records
- Review applicable product standards, regulations, and certification requirements
- Coordinate with third-party organizations to obtain market-entry and regulatory information
- Document product compliance evidence, test results, and certification requirements
- Support product approval and market-entry activities across applicable regions
Pay Details: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour
