Supply Management Planner

Service Parts Supply Management Planner responsible for managing service parts supply, delivery performance, and supplier coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of planner experience or equivalent

• Recent graduate experience may be considered

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Advanced Excel experience

• Experience using web-based management tools or supply chain platforms

• Experience tracking supply chain, delivery, or order fulfillment metrics

• SAP experience preferred

• Experience with SPERT

• Experience with ZMDelinq

• Experience with Lights

• Experience managing service parts supply

• Experience working with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts

• Experience tracking FILL rate, on-time delivery, FLASH/backorder cycle time, and past-due orders

Job Responsibilities

• Manage service parts supply to support on-time customer delivery

• Use SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights/SAP to manage parts supply and delivery activity

• Track delivery status through web-based applications and supply management platforms

• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for assigned parts commodities

• Monitor supplier performance and service parts availability

• Track and manage FILL rate metrics

• Track and manage on-time delivery performance

• Track and manage FLASH/backorder cycle time

• Track and manage past-due orders

• Identify parts supply issues affecting delivery performance

• Support order fulfillment activity for assigned service parts

• Maintain supply performance data and reporting within required systems

Pay: 20-23/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
