Parts Delivery Coordinator responsible for managing purchased parts delivery, supplier follow-up, inventory support, and production material availability for internal and external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or related field
  • Relevant work experience accepted in place of degree
  • Recent graduates considered
  • Experience with computer-based data entry or tracking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience coordinating purchased parts delivery
  • Experience supporting internal suppliers
  • Experience supporting external suppliers

Preferred Skills

  • SAP experience
  • Experience with inventory or parts in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Experience tracking supplier delivery status
  • Experience supporting material availability for production
  • Experience resolving parts delivery issues

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchased parts delivery for assigned locations
  • Coordinate delivery activity with internal suppliers
  • Coordinate delivery activity with external suppliers
  • Track parts delivery status
  • Follow up on purchased parts as needed
  • Support inventory and parts availability in a manufacturing environment
  • Communicate supplier delivery updates to internal teams
  • Identify delivery issues and escalate as needed
  • Support production needs through supplier and parts coordination


Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
