Supply Management Specialist
Parts Delivery Coordinator responsible for managing purchased parts delivery, supplier follow-up, inventory support, and production material availability for internal and external suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or related field
- Relevant work experience accepted in place of degree
- Recent graduates considered
- Experience with computer-based data entry or tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience coordinating purchased parts delivery
- Experience supporting internal suppliers
- Experience supporting external suppliers
Preferred Skills
- SAP experience
- Experience with inventory or parts in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with suppliers
- Experience tracking supplier delivery status
- Experience supporting material availability for production
- Experience resolving parts delivery issues
Responsibilities
- Manage purchased parts delivery for assigned locations
- Coordinate delivery activity with internal suppliers
- Coordinate delivery activity with external suppliers
- Track parts delivery status
- Follow up on purchased parts as needed
- Support inventory and parts availability in a manufacturing environment
- Communicate supplier delivery updates to internal teams
- Identify delivery issues and escalate as needed
- Support production needs through supplier and parts coordination
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
