Quality Engineer

Quality support role focused on manufacturing quality processes, non-conforming material, data analysis, corrective actions, and automated quality reporting systems.

• Experience in a machining, plating, welding, or manufacturing environment

• Root cause analysis experience

• Troubleshooting experience

• Experience gathering quality data

• Experience analyzing quality data

• Experience supporting corrective actions

• Experience working with operators and manufacturing departments

• Experience supporting product quality concerns

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scrap processes

• Experience with non-conforming material processes

• Experience with Material Review Board processes

• Experience with cleanliness testing

• Experience using QDAS

• Experience using JDAAT

• Experience with automated data collection systems

• Experience supporting machining, plating, welding, and assembly departments

Job Responsibilities

• Execute quality processes to support manufacturing operations

• Provide daily production floor support for product quality concerns

• Support operators with quality-related issues

• Execute scrap processes

• Execute non-conforming material processes

• Support Material Review Board activities

• Perform cleanliness testing processes

• Serve as the primary quality contact for machining, plating, welding, assembly, and other manufacturing departments

• Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data

• Drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams

• Maintain quality reports

• Support automated quality data collection systems

Pay: 35-39/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $39.00 per hour
