Reliability Engineer
Entry-Level Controls Engineer responsible for Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI support, servo drive integration, electrical controls programming, machine wiring support, troubleshooting, and control panel installation for automated packaging equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
1+ years of controls, electrical engineering, or automation experience
Allen-Bradley PLC experience
Allen-Bradley HMI experience
Allen-Bradley servo experience
Basic programming experience
Experience programming HMIs
Experience with servo drives
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software
Experience with electrical control systems
Experience with electrical circuit design
Experience reading or creating electrical drawings
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards
Hands-on experience hardwiring control components
Experience installing control components
Experience terminating control panels
Preferred Skills
Experience with packaging machinery
Experience programming machine controls
Experience loading machine control programs
Experience troubleshooting machine controls
Experience assisting with machine testing and debugging
Experience developing or modifying machine programs
Experience creating machine parts lists
Experience supporting electrical engineering documentation
Experience supporting assembly personnel with machine wiring
Experience recommending production or cost improvements
Responsibilities
Learn electrical circuit design functions for manufactured machines
Apply electrical codes and standards to machine control designs
Program electrical controls for automated machines
Load machine control programs
Troubleshoot electrical controls
Support electrical controls design activities
Install control components
Terminate control panels
Assist assembly personnel with machine wiring
Verify machines are wired according to required standards and techniques
Assist with machine testing
Assist with machine debugging
Assist with machine programming
Develop or support development of new machine programs
Follow electrical department procedures
Support creation of machine parts lists
Support creation of electrical drawings
Report electrical project progress to engineering management
Provide input on future electrical projects
Submit requisitions for electrical engineering supplies
Recommend improvements to increase production and reduce costs
Maintain knowledge of electrical control industry developments
Pay: 84k-116k/year

Pay Details: $84,000.00 to $116,000.00 per year
