Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in Education, Communications, technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of related experience or training may be considered in place of degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with Google platform applications
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Internet application experience
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
  • Experience managing multiple training projects
  • Experience maintaining training records and reports

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Training Manager with internal and external technical training programs
  • Support training delivery for team members, dealers, and installers
  • Assist with class logistics and student support during training sessions
  • Register training attendees in the Learning Management System
  • Assist with travel preparation for training classes
  • Assign and track training module completion
  • Issue training certificates
  • Maintain training scorecards, KPIs, and reports
  • Conduct assigned training modules and classes
  • Reset and organize the training room between classes
  • Maintain the Training Center and Lift Lab
  • Order, prepare, and service products used for hands-on training
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Support development of training materials and content


Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
