Senior Software Engineer responsible for building Go-based backend services, internal compliance tooling, system integrations, and production-ready software across multiple program workstreams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.

  • Strong proficiency in Go.

  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

  • Experience integrating with third-party services and internal enterprise systems.

  • Experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, reviews, and code ownership.

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with containerization and Docker.

  • Experience with deployment tooling and DevOps workflows.

  • Experience writing automated tests and participating in code reviews.

  • Experience working across multiple concurrent software development workstreams.

  • Experience using coding agents such as Claude or Codex for software development and code review.

  • Working knowledge of MCP tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing risk-scoring or compliance-related software.

  • Experience building internal review or case-management tooling.

  • Experience integrating with identity-verification vendors.

  • Experience integrating with Salesforce.

  • Experience working with Snowflake.

  • Experience with sanctions-screening or entity-clustering systems.

  • Experience developing AI-assisted review workflows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop production-ready code against scoped engineering tickets.

  • Build and extend Go-based backend services.

  • Develop capability APIs, risk-scoring logic, and application data models.

  • Build and maintain internal tooling used to review and process business-customer records.

  • Develop frontend functionality using React and TypeScript.

  • Integrate applications with identity-verification vendors and internal services.

  • Integrate with Salesforce, Snowflake, sanctions-screening, and clustering systems.

  • Support entity clustering, risk scoring, due diligence, internal review, and AI-assisted review workstreams.

  • Write and maintain automated tests.

  • Participate in pull request and code review processes.

  • Follow existing codebase patterns, architecture standards, and development conventions.

  • Identify and document blockers, scope changes, and cross-team dependencies.

  • Document technical decisions and implementation details for project handoff.

  • Support CI/CD, containerization, and software deployment activities.



Pay Details: $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
