Labeling Specialist

Product Labeling Business Systems Analyst responsible for managing labeling system changes, business requirements, testing, data processes, and end-user support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience with labeling systems such as Loftware Spectrum, Prisym Medica, 360, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of label data management.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying process improvements.

• Experience supporting formal testing activities, including template testing.

• Experience supporting defect management processes.

• Experience working with data sets to define use cases and support process or system improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the life sciences or medical device industry.

• Experience with manufacturing systems and product labeling.

• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and integration methods.

• Experience with end-to-end global implementation programs.

• Experience designing and implementing business system solutions.

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage updates to printed product labels.

• Coordinate labeling changes with technical, user, and cross-functional teams.

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and document business requirements for product and system changes.

• Support requirements elicitation and solution option selection.

• Support testing activities related to product labeling systems.

• Perform and coordinate template testing and other formal testing activities.

• Track and support defect management through resolution.

• Use data sets to identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and services.

• Support solution delivery activities for labeling system changes.

• Coordinate changes across technical and business teams.

• Provide labeling system training and support to end users.

• Support implementation of labeling-related business system solutions.

Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
