Project Coordinator responsible for developing project plans, tracking milestones and metrics, managing deadlines, and supporting issue resolution throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans.

  • Experience managing project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Experience gathering, tracking, and reporting project metrics.

  • Experience supporting project execution and status reporting.

  • Experience identifying project issues and performing basic root cause analysis.

  • Experience developing and evaluating corrective action alternatives.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and/or MIRO.

  • Experience maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reporting materials.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.

  • Experience developing project dashboards, trackers, or status reports.

  • Experience with project scheduling and resource tracking.

  • Experience documenting project risks, issues, and corrective actions.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience with additional project management or collaboration platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.

  • Monitor project deadlines, goals, and deliverables.

  • Gather and maintain project performance metrics.

  • Prepare project status reports and execution updates.

  • Track open issues, risks, and action items.

  • Perform basic root cause analysis for project-related issues.

  • Develop and evaluate potential corrective actions.

  • Update project schedules and documentation as requirements change.

  • Maintain project files, trackers, dashboards, and reporting materials.

  • Use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and/or MIRO to support project planning and execution.

  • Support project closeout activities and documentation.



Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
