Dealer Order Representative

Dealer Order Management Representative responsible for supporting B2B order activity, product identification, pricing, availability, system matching, order entry, and post-delivery resolution.

Job Requirements

• Experience supporting B2B customers in an order management, customer service, sales support, or related environment.

• Experience processing customer orders from entry through invoicing.

• Experience with product identification, pricing, and availability inquiries.

• Experience managing order promise dates and order status.

• Experience using phone, email, text, or chat channels to support order-related activity.

• Experience running order reports and reviewing open order status.

• Experience resolving order holds, missed commitments, returns, or related order issues.

• Experience working with multiple internal teams to complete end-to-end order processing.

• Ability to support a workload consisting primarily of direct customer order activity and follow-up.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting HVAC products, equipment, or distribution channels.

• Experience matching HVAC system components and identifying compatible equipment.

• Experience supporting promotions, product substitutions, or system solution recommendations.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.

• Experience reviewing inventory availability and product lead times.

• Experience supporting dealer, distributor, or channel-partner accounts.

• Experience with continuous improvement activities related to order flow or order processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to order management inquiries from B2B customers and internal sales partners.

• Identify product models based on customer order requirements.

• Provide pricing and product availability information.

• Match compatible HVAC system components and equipment.

• Provide information related to promotions and available system solutions.

• Enter and process customer orders.

• Establish and update order promise dates.

• Manage orders from initial placement through invoicing and post-delivery activities.

• Track order status across phone, email, text, and chat channels.

• Follow up on unresolved order issues through completion.

• Run order reports and identify missed commitments, order holds, open orders, and returns.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order processing issues.

• Support resolution of product availability, order entry, delivery, invoicing, and return issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on reducing barriers within the order flow process.

Pay: 17-22

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
