Electrical/Electronics Technicians

Electrical / Electronics Engineering Technician responsible for circuit board prototyping, rework, electrical wiring, panel assembly, soldering, and hands-on product development support.

Job Requirements

• Experience with circuit board prototyping and rework.
• Experience with electrical wiring and panel assembly.
• Soldering experience in accordance with J-STD-001.
• Practical knowledge of electrical and electronic theory.
• Experience supporting product development activities.
• Proficiency with technical and business software such as AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office, and Altium.
• Experience completing hands-on electrical or electronic projects from initial assignment through final implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience with PCB assembly, modification, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building and modifying electrical control panels.
• Experience creating or updating electrical documentation and schematics.
• Experience with prototype development, test setups, and engineering lab environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and rework prototype circuit boards.
• Perform soldering and electronic assembly in accordance with J-STD-001 requirements.
• Fabricate and modify electrical wiring and panel assemblies.
• Support development and troubleshooting of prototype electrical and electronic systems.
• Interpret and update schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Use AutoCAD, Visio, Altium, and related tools to support engineering documentation and product development.
• Assemble and test prototype hardware.
• Perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting on development systems.
• Support engineering projects from prototype development through completion.
• Maintain technical records, build documentation, and prototype configuration information.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
