SAP/HANA Functional Analyst
SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst responsible for supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing and logistics processes, including DD250 customer sell-off, government acceptance, and integrated transportation workflows.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience as an SAP S/4HANA functional analyst or business analyst supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing or logistics
- Experience with Customer Sell-Off processes
- Experience with DD250 processing or equivalent defense acceptance documentation
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE)
- Experience integrating SAP processes across production, quality, logistics, and transportation functions
- Knowledge of Government Furnished Property (GFP)
- Knowledge of Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs)
- Knowledge of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) acceptance procedures
- Experience writing functional requirements
- Experience developing test plans and supporting integration testing
- Experience validating data and resolving production issues
- Experience working with technical developers to implement enterprise application requirements
- Experience using Jira for requirements, user stories, and backlog management
- Experience using Focused Build for requirements management and sprint execution
- U.S. Citizenship required due to access to defense-related systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with government sell-off and contractual delivery processes
- Experience with serialized aerospace or defense product deliveries
- Experience with digital transmission of DD250 or government acceptance data
- Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements for defense deliveries
- Experience with export and trade compliance processes
- Experience supporting SAP solution design reviews and functional walkthroughs
- Experience with enterprise application implementation or transformation programs
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional business analyst for Customer Sell-Off and DD250 processes
- Support aerospace and defense contractual delivery and government acceptance requirements
- Define and document functional requirements for DD250 data capture, approval, and digital transmission
- Design integrated workflows across SAP S/4HANA, Transportation Management, and Logistics Execution
- Coordinate process integration between production, quality, transportation, and logistics systems
- Develop test plans and support functional and integration testing
- Perform data validation for government sell-off and delivery documentation
- Support audit compliance related to government acceptance and contractual delivery records
- Maintain traceability of serialized deliveries from production order completion through government acceptance
- Coordinate process and data requirements with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Export/Trade Compliance functions
- Manage requirements, user stories, and backlog items using Jira and Focused Build
- Support sprint execution and functional solution delivery
- Lead functional design reviews and solution walkthroughs
- Work with technical developers to verify functional requirements are correctly implemented
- Troubleshoot production issues related to SAP delivery, sell-off, and logistics processes
Pay Details: $110.00 to $120.00 per hour
