A/P Specialist

Manages high-volume accounts payable activities including three-way matching, invoice processing, purchase order reconciliation, and vendor statement reconciliation.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable, invoice processing, or related experience.
• Experience managing the purchase order-to-invoice process.
• Experience performing three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving documentation, and invoices.
• Experience reconciling vendor statements to invoices and payment records.
• Experience resolving invoice, purchase order, and receiving discrepancies.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with automated accounts payable processes that require manual exception handling.
• Experience reviewing and resolving issues involving new vendors, flagged purchase orders, or invoice exceptions.

Preferred Skills

• Epicor experience.
• Experience processing approximately 1,600 or more invoices per month.
• Experience with ERP-based accounts payable systems.
• Experience supporting vendor setup and maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices.
• Process and review high volumes of invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements against invoices and accounting records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and vendor statements.
• Review automated invoice processing exceptions and complete required manual corrections.
• Resolve issues involving new vendors and flagged purchase orders.
• Enter and maintain accounts payable information within the ERP system.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track, review, and reconcile accounts payable data.
• Verify invoice documentation and supporting records before processing.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and reconciliation records.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
