Project Manager

Leads large-scale industrial and distribution facility projects involving design, construction, maintenance, real estate, and capital project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing construction solutions.
• 8+ years of experience in the design and construction of large-scale industrial or distribution facilities.
• 8+ years of facility and/or maintenance management experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing construction drawings, leases, specifications, contracts, funding requests, and change orders.
• Experience with real estate project management.
• Experience with transaction management.
• Experience supporting facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• Experience managing industrial facility construction programs.
• Experience with capital planning and facility infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing construction contracts and project funding documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage facility design, construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Lead large-scale industrial and distribution facility development activities.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Review and coordinate construction drawings and design requirements.
• Manage contracts, leases, funding requests, and change orders.
• Coordinate real estate project and transaction management activities.
• Support facility maintenance planning and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Manage project execution from planning and design through construction and completion.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, construction progress, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate facility, construction, engineering, real estate, and maintenance activities.
• Support capital project planning and implementation.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
