Quality Engineer

Supports medical device post-market surveillance through statistical analysis, complaint data evaluation, risk management, and Power BI reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience with data analytics and/or statistical analysis.

• Experience within the medical device industry.

• Experience with post-market surveillance.

• Experience with complaint handling or quality engineering.

• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

• Knowledge of risk management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing medical device complaint and post-market quality data.

• Experience performing statistical trending and quality data analysis.

• Experience supporting medical device risk management activities.

• Experience developing recurring quality and surveillance reporting in Power BI.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze post-market surveillance and medical device quality data.

• Perform statistical analyses to identify product and quality trends.

• Review complaint data to support post-market monitoring activities.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for quality and surveillance metrics.

• Support risk management activities using complaint, quality, and post-market data.

• Prepare data analyses and reports for quality engineering and post-market surveillance activities.

• Monitor complaint and quality trends for changes in product performance.

• Support investigation and assessment of trends identified through data analysis.

• Maintain post-market surveillance data, metrics, and reporting documentation.

Pay: 40-50/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
