Manufacturing Engineer
Develop, improve, and modify electromechanical manufacturing processes, equipment, and production methods.
Job Requirements
- Experience with electromechanical manufacturing processes
- Experience developing manufacturing processes
- Experience implementing equipment modifications
- Experience implementing manufacturing process changes
- Experience performing Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- Knowledge of production equipment, tooling, and process controls
- Experience supporting manufacturing process validation and improvement activities
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- HVAC manufacturing or product experience
- Experience with electromechanical assembly processes
- Experience with equipment qualification
- Experience developing manufacturing work instructions and process documentation
- Experience with process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience supporting new product introduction or manufacturing transfer activities
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electromechanical manufacturing processes
- Evaluate and improve existing production processes
- Modify manufacturing equipment to support production requirements
- Implement process changes and equipment improvements
- Perform PFMEA activities for manufacturing processes
- Develop process controls and manufacturing documentation
- Troubleshoot production equipment and process issues
- Support equipment installation, modification, and qualification activities
- Evaluate manufacturing processes for safety, quality, throughput, and repeatability
- Support introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing
- Coordinate process changes with production, quality, and engineering functions
- Maintain engineering documentation associated with manufacturing processes and equipment
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
