Systems Engineer (Cockpit Specialist)
Develop and support regulated medical device systems with a focus on engineering requirements, traceability, and product development activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of five years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of three years of relevant experience with a master’s degree
Experience within the medical device industry
Experience with requirements tracing
Experience developing and maintaining engineering requirements
Knowledge of regulated product development processes
Preferred Skills
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience with requirements management tools
Experience supporting medical device verification and validation activities
Experience maintaining traceability between requirements, design outputs, and test results
Experience supporting design controls and regulated engineering documentation
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain electrical or software engineering requirements
Establish and maintain requirements traceability throughout the product development lifecycle
Link system and product requirements to design outputs, implementation, and verification activities
Support medical device product development activities
Maintain engineering documentation associated with requirements and traceability
Support verification and validation planning and execution
Review requirements for completeness and testability
Update traceability documentation as designs and requirements change
Support engineering design reviews and regulated product development documentation
Pay: 50-62/hr

Pay Details: $50.00 to $62.00 per hour
