RMA Coordinator
Manage product returns, repair and replacement orders, vendor authorizations, warehouse coordination, and related billing documentation.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, logistics coordination, or return material authorization processing
Experience processing product returns, repairs, replacements, or warranty claims
Experience creating and maintaining sales orders, purchase orders, return authorizations, and vendor return authorizations
Experience coordinating directly with customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and accounts receivable
Experience reviewing warranty status, return reasons, pricing, and repair estimates
Experience maintaining case documentation and tracking open return requests
Preferred Skills
Associate degree
Experience with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise resource planning system
Knowledge of Return Material Authorization and Vendor Return Authorization processes
Experience coordinating repair and replacement fulfillment
Experience processing credits, invoices, and vendor payments
Knowledge of warehouse receiving, disposition, and outbound shipping processes
Experience supporting quality trend analysis and corrective action documentation
Job Responsibilities
Process incoming Return Material Authorization requests
Review return reasons, warranty status, financial thresholds, and requested resolutions
Determine the appropriate repair, replacement, credit, or return disposition path
Communicate return status, pricing, markups, and repair cost estimates to customers
Obtain customer approval for repair, replacement, credit, or disposition decisions
Create and maintain repair sales orders, replacement sales orders, and return authorizations in the ERP system
Contact vendors to obtain authorization numbers and warranty determinations
Create and maintain repair purchase orders and vendor return authorizations
Track open return cases and follow up on pending customer, vendor, and warehouse actions
Coordinate receiving, inspection, disposition, and shipment of returned material
Provide warehouse personnel with shipping instructions and final disposition requirements
Coordinate credits, invoices, vendor payments, and related billing transactions
Maintain complete records for returned products, repairs, replacements, approvals, and financial transactions
Provide return documentation and data to support quality trend monitoring and corrective action activities
Pay:20-27/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
