Warranty Services Analyst

Analyzes warranty and service-contract claims, identifies processing trends, and supports policy, system, and workflow improvements.

Job Requirements

• Experience with claims processing, case management, warranty administration, service contracts, or related operations

• Experience analyzing claims, cases, transactional data, or operational performance

• Ability to interpret and apply warranty policies, procedures, and program guidelines

• Experience identifying trends, patterns, exceptions, and processing discrepancies

• Experience documenting process requirements and recommended improvements

• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting tools, and business software applications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dealer warranty claims or service-contract administration

• Knowledge of guaranteed maintenance or centralized billing programs

• Experience supporting claims-management systems

• Experience with workflow automation and system-enhancement projects

• Familiarity with warranty policy and procedure documentation

• Experience developing claims-processing metrics and reports

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty and service-contract cases and claims

• Verify claims against applicable policy guidelines and program requirements

• Identify claim-processing trends, patterns, errors, and exceptions

• Maintain claims and case-management records

• Support updates to warranty policies and procedure manuals

• Evaluate guaranteed maintenance and centralized billing processes

• Recommend improvements to claims-processing workflows

• Provide business requirements for process and system enhancements

• Support automation of claims-management activities

• Review proposed system updates for alignment with operational requirements

• Track claim-processing performance and improvement opportunities

• Prepare claims analytics, reports, and supporting documentation

• Coordinate claim and system updates with applicable internal departments, dealers, and customers

Pay: 27-37/hr

Pay Details: $27.00 to $37.00 per hour
