Manufacturing Engineer
Supports manufacturing and process-transfer activities, equipment qualification, validation, and new product introduction within regulated production environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrialization, or operations support
- Experience supporting manufacturing transfers, process transfers, new product introductions, or supplier-to-site transfers
- Knowledge of process validation requirements
- Experience with equipment qualification
- Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or a comparable environment
- Experience managing engineering projects, schedules, risks, and deliverables
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification
- Experience developing process validation protocols and reports
- Experience transferring manufacturing processes between suppliers, facilities, or production lines
- Familiarity with manufacturing readiness and production-launch requirements
- Knowledge of quality-system and change-control processes
- Experience with process risk assessments, PFMEAs, control plans, or work instructions
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute manufacturing and process-transfer activities
- Support new product introduction and industrialization projects
- Coordinate supplier-to-site and site-to-site manufacturing transfers
- Develop and maintain transfer plans, schedules, risks, and implementation documentation
- Define manufacturing process, equipment, tooling, and facility requirements
- Support equipment installation, qualification, and production release
- Develop and execute process validation protocols
- Prepare qualification, validation, and transfer reports
- Create and revise manufacturing procedures, work instructions, specifications, and process documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting manufacturing transfers
- Coordinate transfer activities with engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and supplier teams
- Verify transferred processes meet production, quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements
- Track transfer deliverables through production implementation and closeout
Pay Details: $40.00 to $49.00 per hour
