Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Production Part Approval Process requirements
  • Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning
  • Experience developing and maintaining process flow diagrams
  • Experience creating and updating Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses
  • Experience supporting manufacturing quality processes and documentation
  • Experience with electrical component manufacturing

Preferred Skills

  • Experience manufacturing wiring harnesses
  • Experience manufacturing sensors
  • Experience manufacturing electrical control boxes
  • Experience manufacturing variable-frequency drives or related devices
  • Familiarity with control plans and quality planning documentation
  • Experience supporting new product launches and supplier quality activities
  • Knowledge of corrective action and root-cause analysis methods

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PPAP documentation
  • Support APQP activities throughout product and process development
  • Create and revise manufacturing process flow diagrams
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs
  • Review manufacturing processes for quality risks and control requirements
  • Support production of electrical components, wiring harnesses, sensors, control boxes, and variable-frequency devices
  • Coordinate quality planning activities for new and existing products
  • Maintain process quality documentation and revision records
  • Support manufacturing issue investigations and corrective actions
  • Verify process changes are reflected in applicable quality documentation
  • Support product launches, process validation, and production readiness activities


Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
