Creates and reviews medical product labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Experience creating, reviewing, or reproducing medical product labeling
  • Knowledge of medical product labeling requirements
  • Experience reviewing artwork, film, plate proofs, or printed labeling materials
  • Knowledge of U.S. and international labeling regulations
  • Experience reviewing promotional and commercial communication materials
  • Experience evaluating supporting product data and regulatory applications
  • Experience working with labeling processes, quality systems, and documentation tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with international labeling and promotional regulations
  • Experience with labeling management systems or regulatory documentation platforms
  • Knowledge of quality-system requirements related to controlled labeling
  • Experience supporting labeling process improvements

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and reproduce text required for medical product labeling
  • Review labeling artwork, film, and plate proofs for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure labeling materials meet applicable medical, legal, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Monitor changes to U.S. and international labeling regulations
  • Review promotional and commercial communication materials
  • Verify that promotional claims are supported by product data and consistent with approved applications
  • Evaluate labeling processes, quality controls, systems, tools, and policies
  • Recommend and implement improvements to labeling workflows and compliance processes
  • Maintain labeling records and supporting documentation


Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
