Energy Services Construction Site Superintendent

Energy Services Construction Site Superintendent role focused on turnkey jobsite supervision, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety enforcement, quality control, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Experience supervising turnkey construction jobsite activities from project start through completion

• Experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors

• Experience working with Project Managers on construction project execution

• General construction application knowledge

• Knowledge of mechanical systems

• Knowledge of electrical systems

• Experience enforcing jobsite safety requirements

• Experience managing subcontractor performance

• Experience supporting project schedules, budgets, performance tracking, and close-out activities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with energy services construction projects

• Experience supporting internal contracting processes

• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of turnkey jobsite activities

• Lead subcontractors during project execution

• Work with Project Manager on subcontractor scheduling

• Maintain project schedules

• Complete daily reporting

• Enforce on-site safety requirements

• Manage subcontractor work and accountability

• Communicate with on-site customer representatives

• Perform quality control activities

• Meet with subcontractors and owners to review project scope, budgets, performance, and close-out requirements

• Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes

Pay: 50-60/hr

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
