Energy Services Construction Site Superintendent role focused on turnkey jobsite supervision, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety enforcement, quality control, and project close-out.
Requirements
Experience supervising turnkey construction jobsite activities from project start through completion
Experience managing multiple vendors and subcontractors
Experience working with Project Managers on construction project execution
General construction application knowledge
Knowledge of mechanical systems
Knowledge of electrical systems
Experience enforcing jobsite safety requirements
Experience managing subcontractor performance
Experience supporting project schedules, budgets, performance tracking, and close-out activities
Preferred Skills
Experience with energy services construction projects
Experience supporting internal contracting processes
Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical subcontractors
Responsibilities
Supervise all aspects of turnkey jobsite activities
Lead subcontractors during project execution
Work with Project Manager on subcontractor scheduling
Maintain project schedules
Complete daily reporting
Enforce on-site safety requirements
Manage subcontractor work and accountability
Communicate with on-site customer representatives
Perform quality control activities
Meet with subcontractors and owners to review project scope, budgets, performance, and close-out requirements
Ensure compliance with internal contracting processes
Pay: 50-60/hr

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
