QA Engineer (CCA)

Quality engineering role focused on aerospace quality systems, production control, root-cause analysis, inspection process development, and predictive quality analytics.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with AS9100 standards or equivalent aerospace quality models
• Experience with hardware engineering requirements
• Experience with integration and system testing processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing requirements
• Knowledge of quality engineering systems
• Experience with production control, design evaluations, and engineering workflows
• Experience leading root-cause investigations
• Experience analyzing defect trends
• Experience implementing corrective and preventative actions

• Tableau experience
• Data visualization platform experience for quality tracking
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Equivalent problem-solving methodology certification
• CCA experience
• Cable assembly experience
• Box-level component experience
• IPC standards familiarity
• J-STD standards familiarity
• Predictive analytics experience
• Quality automation experience
• AI solution implementation experience for quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Apply quality principles to production control, design evaluations, and engineering workflows
• Verify specifications and product requirements are met
• Improve quality workflows across production and engineering processes
• Lead root-cause investigations into product failures
• Analyze defect trends and identify systemic quality issues
• Implement corrective and preventative actions tied to systemic improvements
• Develop and refine inspection processes
• Support advanced testing mechanisms and systems for quality procedures
• Support quality for commodities such as CCAs, cables, and box assemblies
• Align quality processes across programs and hardware teams
• Use Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics
• Identify production and quality trends for corrective action
• Initiate automation and AI solutions to reduce errors and improve inspection rates
• Support predictive quality outcomes through analytics and process improvements

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
