Scrum Master/Project Manager
Agile Project Manager responsible for Agile ceremony facilitation, JIRA project tracking, schedule management, project planning, risk management, reporting, and delivery oversight for infrastructure, security, and software development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- 10 or more years of relevant experience accepted in place of degree
- U.S. Person or Permanent Resident status required
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Agile methodology and workflow experience
- Hands-on experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
- Project management oversight experience for infrastructure, security, or software development initiatives
- Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project
- Experience defining deliverables, scope of work, and project schedules
- Experience with project financial management
- Experience with scope and schedule management
- Experience with risk and opportunity management
- Experience using variance analysis and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience managing multiple projects, tasks, and resources

- PMP certification
- Advanced JIRA experience
- JIRA Structure Board experience
- JIRA Advanced Roadmapping experience
- JIRA Big Picture experience
- Experience configuring JIRA tools for project planning and team tracking

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and optimize JIRA usage for project tracking, visibility, planning, and execution
- Use JIRA Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big Picture as applicable
- Manage project vision with project leadership teams
- Define project deliverables, scope of work, and detailed schedules
- Track project plans against customer expectations and business objectives
- Build project teams across impacted departments and functional areas
- Manage project expectations, accountability, and delivery requirements
- Resolve project conflicts and support work sharing across teams
- Apply project management principles to ensure on-time delivery of product capabilities
- Manage project financials, scope, schedule, risks, opportunities, and issue escalation
- Perform critical problem solving, variance analysis, and root cause analysis
- Escalate project issues to leadership with proposed resolution plans
- Prepare and present project information for senior leadership decision-making
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through prioritization and scheduling
- Support continuous process improvement and lean initiatives
Pay Details: $43.00 to $57.00 per hour
